PennFuture, the state affiliate for the National Wildlife Federation, is pleased to support National Wildlife Week, March 15-21. We invite you to Get Out in Pennsylvania and enjoy the beauty that is our state.

This year's theme is "Be Out There at Home, School and Play", with the focus on getting our kids outside to explore the wonders of nature. So grab your kids or grandkids and spend some quality outdoor time with them, exploring your local park, hike out in the woods, or make your backyard wildlife friendly.

The National Wildlife Federation has a website with family activities that you can access, as well as a webpage for teachers to promote learning in the great outdoors. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources also has a calendar with programs at various state parks to get you motivated!
